At 25℃, Component A has a density of 1.21 g/cm³ and Component B has a density of 1.16 g/cm³, ensuring stable mixing and consistent performance.
At 25℃, the viscosity of Component A ranges from 1200 to 2400 mPa·s, while Component B ranges from 1600 to 2800 mPa·s. This well-balanced viscosity allows smooth coating, good leveling, and uniform application on various film surfaces without sagging or running.
This solvent-free PU adhesive provides reliable bonding for PE, CPP, BOPP, PET, PA and high-barrier composite films.
